Project Overview
LooksUP analyzes front and side photos to provide facial scores, improvement potential, personalized looksmaxxing recommendations, hair insights, and practical routines.
Designed and built LooksUP as a production iOS app using React Native, Expo, TypeScript, Supabase, and Supabase Edge Functions. The main experience guides users through front and side photo capture, AI-powered facial analysis, detailed scoring, improvement potential, and personalized recommendations across areas such as jawline, skin, eyes, eyebrows, cheekbones, posture, and overall presentation.
Expanded the product beyond facial scoring with AI hair analysis, haircut recommendations, haircut tracking, reminders, personalized routines, and analysis history. Implemented subscription monetization with Superwall, product analytics with PostHog, attribution workflows, secure image processing, multilingual localization, and an optimized App Store presence supported by ASO testing and dedicated marketing assets.
